Duties and Responsibilities :

Lead monthly closings and adeptly prepare monthly financial statements
Develop and monitor KPIs, metrics, and management reports to guide senior management in strategic decisions
Enhance cash flow management and foster day-to-day banking relationships
Coordinate the preparation of internal and external financial statements
Provide comprehensive management reports supporting effective decision-making
Contribute to the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting
Offer recommendations for benchmarking financial and operating performance
Liaise with external auditors, leading financial audits and suggesting improvements
Provide financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions
Participate in, and often lead, systems improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with statutory taxes and financial regulations
Undertake other duties as required

Qualifications :

CPA designation

5-10 years of experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements

Proven ability to manage all aspects of A / R, A / P, and G / L, including reconciliations

Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal) and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels

Technical Competencies :

Proficient computer skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing programs

Highly proficient in email and calendar management
