Job Summary

As a Financial Analyst at Inc, you will play a vital role in our finance department, contributing to the month-end process and monthly financial analysis. Your responsibilities will include completing journal entries, reconciling balance sheets, and developing and maintaining various financial reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the month end process and in the monthly financial analysis

Complete journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports

Respond to third party requests; Auditors, banks as required

Assist in the budget process

Develop and maintain different financial reports as needed

Remote work and hybrid role

Required Skills

Good oral and written communication skills both in French and English

Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects

Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work with tight deadlines

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
