MISSION
The Director of Finance and Operations role is essential to shaping the financial and operational strategies of the organization. As a strategic partner to the Executive Director, this role contributes to long-term financial planning, operational policy development, and risk management across finance, operations, human resources, and technology. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position also collaborates closely with board members and stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and organizational effectiveness.
The Pod Group is partnering with this organization to place a compassionate and hands-on leader to fulfill the role of the Director of Finance and Operations.
