If you are seeking a job where you have important responsibilities, this one is for you! As a Security guard in the healthcare sector, you will ensure the safety of kids, families, and staff. We are looking for a Full-Time Security Guard to work at one of our Healthcare sites in Winnipeg. As a security guard in the Healthcare sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

We provide people with growth opportunities. 30% of our frontline employees are promoted to become part of our operation teams.

What does a Security Guard in the Health Sector do?

  • Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, treating every person with respect
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Provide excellent customer service and access control
  • Investigate and report incidents and hazards.
  • Take action during emergencies as per Gardaworld protocols.
  • Desk Duties
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications to become a Security Guard in the Health Sector

  • Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills
