Responsibilities
Relationship Support & Growth: Assist Sales Leadership in cultivating, managing, and scaling long-term relationships with key strategic clients; partner with external Sales Representatives to continuously build the pipeline.

Client Liaison & Inside Sales: Serve as a primary point of contact for national accounts—handling inbound/outbound calls and emails, qualifying incoming leads, and resolving customer concerns with timely solutions.

Consultative Discovery: Connect deeply with clients, asking targeted questions about their business and packaging requirements to identify hidden upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Internal Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate directly with Graphics, Sales, Distribution, Inventory Control, and Accounts Receivable to accurately process incoming orders and ensure customer requirements are met seamlessly.

Documentation & Records: Prepare, update, and maintain meticulous account records, client portfolios, and open-order reports.

Sales Enablement: Assist in the structural preparation of professional business proposals, presentation decks, and formal client contracts.

Proactive Outreach: Execute targeted email and phone outreach campaigns to ensure repeat business metrics and monthly sales targets are consistently met.

Product Expertise: Maintain a current, comprehensive understanding of available product lines and technical services to provide precise details on pricing and shipping ETAs.

Performance Monitoring: Proactively audit weekly open-order reports to ensure on-time processing, notify clients immediately of any distribution delays, and supply regular updates to executive leadership.

Data Analytics: Analyze account-level sales metrics to pinpoint emerging market trends, gaps in coverage, and areas for strategic improvement.

Excel Modeling: Utilize advanced digital tools and data modeling to construct predictive customer orders, showcasing high business acumen directly to the client.

Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitor research and market mapping to support strategic corporate planning and executive decision-making.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related commercial field.

Work Experience: 2–4 years of proven success in account management, inside sales, corporate sales support, or a business-to-business customer service role.

Industry Asset: Prior experience directly managing large-scale national accounts or working within B2B packaging solutions is highly preferred.

Analytical & Sales Drive: Demonstrated capability to interpret financial sales data, run data tracking logs, identify operational solutions, and meet growth metrics.

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills tailored for corporate client environments; a professional phone presence is required.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; professional working proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.

Software Competency: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, specifically with Excel (data analysis and reporting), Outlook (calendar and correspondence management), and Teams (virtual collaboration).

Execution & Autonomy: Superb multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills; able to work independently with minimal oversight while hitting strict deadlines under tight timelines.

Summary
If you are a driven professional who thrives on responsibility and possesses the analytical skills to elevate our client experience, we want to hear from you.
