Excel Personnel has been retained by a reputable organization in Prince Rupert, BC within the social services sector to identify their next Executive Director .
As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading the overall management and administration of the Society, guided by the Board of Directors. Your role will involve driving mission fulfillment, strategic planning, and program development, while fostering strong community connections. Additionally, you will oversee the organization's programs and activities, serving as the primary representative to stakeholders and funders.
Responsibilities :
- Board Reporting :
Gather and present information to facilitate informed decision-making.
Assist in setting short and long-term goals for the organization.
Negotiate contracts with funders and ensure program consistency with funding mandates.
Draft and monitor annual operating budget, providing regular financial updates to the Board.
Oversee all aspects of HR, fostering a competent and professional staff team.
Cultivate relationships with diverse community sectors, government bodies, and businesses
Lead accreditation processes to maintain organizational excellence.
