Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and client events.
Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, equipment setup, and catering.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event details are in place.
Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise.
Track event budgets, ensuring all expenses are within the set limits.
Create event timelines, agendas, and other related documents.
Assist in post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
