We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join the growing team of our client in the packaging industry in Halton region.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the company's products meet market demand while maintaining a high inventory fill rate. Your focus will be on accurately forecasting demand and collaborating with teams across the company to drive supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
Adjust forecasts as needed to reflect changes in the market, consumer behavior, and product trends.
Work closely with teams in production, sales, customer service, and supply chain to ensure accurate forecasts and meet inventory goals.
Collaborate with global teams, especially in Europe and Asia, to align forecasts with regional demand needs.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders to meet customer demand while maintaining supply chain efficiency.
Work with vendors and internal teams to manage lead times, stock levels, and minimize disruptions.
Continuously improve forecasting methods and processes.
Prepare reports on demand trends, inventory gaps, and forecasting accuracy for senior management.
Qualifications
A College Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in demand planning or inventory management, ideally in the personal care or consumer goods industry.
Experience with ERP systems and demand planning software is a plus.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and basic automation.
Ability to analyze data and use it to drive accurate forecasts.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with multiple teams.
CPIM or APICS certification is preferred.
