We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in Hamilton, NC. In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events. You will play a key part in ensuring events run smoothly, from managing logistics to coordinating with vendors. If you are passionate about events and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and client events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, equipment setup, and catering.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event details are in place.
  • Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Track event budgets, ensuring all expenses are within the set limits.
  • Create event timelines, agendas, and other related documents.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations and feedback collection.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
