Job description

This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to how the next generation of AI systems reason about personal finance, portfolio construction, estate planning, tax-aware investing, retirement strategy, risk management, and advisory communication.

We’re looking for experienced Wealth Managers who can challenge advanced language models on job-specific topics provided for this project, including investment policy statements, asset allocation, client suitability, behavioral finance, estate and trust considerations, tax-loss harvesting, retirement income planning, risk tolerance assessment, alternative investments, and regulatory or fiduciary standards. Your work will help strengthen model accuracy, reasoning quality, and communication standards in complex wealth advisory scenarios.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, clarity, suitability, and alignment with wealth management best practices.
  • Challenge advanced language models with realistic wealth management scenarios involving high-net-worth clients, retirement planning, portfolio strategy, liquidity needs, tax considerations, and multi-generational wealth transfer.
  • Review and refine AI-generated prompts, model responses, explanations, and rubrics related to financial planning, investment strategy, risk profiling, and client advisory conversations.
  • Provide structured feedback on where AI outputs demonstrate strong reasoning, incomplete assumptions, regulatory gaps, or inappropriate financial recommendations.
  • Assess whether model responses appropriately distinguish between general financial education and personalized financial advice.
  • Help shape AI communication standards for clear, responsible, and client-appropriate explanations of complex wealth management concepts.
  • Support benchmarking efforts by identifying high-quality examples of expert reasoning, nuanced advisory judgment, and model failure modes.
  • Create or validate realistic evaluation tasks that test the model’s ability to reason through client objectives, constraints, risk capacity, tax exposure, time horizon, and estate planning priorities.

Your Profile :

  • 4+ years of professional experience in wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, family office services, portfolio management, or a closely related client-facing financial planning role.
  • Significant hands-on experience developing financial plans, investment strategies, portfolio recommendations, retirement income plans, or advisory solutions for affluent, high-net-worth, or complex client households.
  • Deep knowledge of asset allocation, investment planning, tax-aware portfolio management, estate planning fundamentals, retirement strategy, risk tolerance assessment, insurance considerations, and client suitability.
  • Strong understanding of fiduciary standards, advisory ethics, financial planning workflows, client discovery, investment policy statements, and regulatory considerations relevant to wealth management.
  • Proven experience translating complex financial concepts into clear, client-appropriate written explanations.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating financial tradeoffs across risk, return, liquidity, taxes, time horizon, estate goals, and behavioral factors.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating financial tradeoffs across risk, return, liquidity, taxes, time horizon, estate goals, and behavioral factors.
