As a senior leader within Clario’s Platforms organization, you will shape the strategy and execution of innovative, scalable solutions that enable our global clinical technologies. You will combine deep market insight, strong product management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to define platform capabilities that support data integrity, interoperability, and customer value. In this role, you will drive long-range vision, influence technical direction, and ensure our platform ecosystem delivers differentiated outcomes for customers, partners, and patients.

What You’ll Be Doing
Define and execute market research strategies to inform platform direction.
Assess technological and industry trends to guide investment and prioritization.
Develop and maintain the value proposition and business case framework for platform capabilities.
Lead competitive intelligence and identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation.
Build and maintain platform product roadmaps aligned to Clario’s strategic priorities.
Establish and monitor KPIs for platform adoption, performance, and commercial impact.
Partner with Architecture, R&D, Technical Product Managers, and UX to define technical and user experience requirements.
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through retirement, ensuring alignment with quality, regulatory, and data governance standards.
Develop and prioritize business requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
Evaluate market needs, validate requirements, and optimize the build / buy / partner strategy.
Support go‑to‑market planning and provide strategic input to Product Marketing.
Serve as the internal voice of the platform, communicating strategy, progress, and decisions to stakeholders.
Partner with scientific, technical, and engineering leaders to ensure platform solutions meet regulatory, security, and enterprise architecture requirements.
Mentor team members and support development of product management best practices.
May manage individual contributors.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of experience in product management, including lifecycle ownership
Extensive experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or regulated technology environments
Proven ability to develop strategy, build business cases, and deliver successful product launches
Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable plans
Demonstrated success conducting market research and customer discovery
Experience collaborating with customers and cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced settings
Leadership experience, including managing teams or influencing across an organization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel 25%+ as needed
Domain experience required for Platforms roles : foundational knowledge of data technologies, databases, APIs, data management principles, and data privacy regulations
For platform products supporting medical devices : experience with quality management systems, global regulatory pathways, and standards such as GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and medical device security
