As an Event Promotions Assistant you will play a key role in helping organize and execute promotional events that drive engagement and brand awareness. Your creative ideas and organizational skills will help ensure our events run smoothly, and your dedication to detail will leave a lasting impression on our clients and attendees. You will be working closely with our event planning team to ensure all aspects of the event are coordinated to perfection.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of promotional events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, transportation, and equipment management.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Handle event registration and guest lists, ensuring all attendees have a seamless experience.
- Assist with creating promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and event signage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events to the target audience.
- Monitor and evaluate event success, collecting feedback for future improvements.
- Provide on-site support during events, managing event flow and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
