Job descriptionAnalyze and document current procurement and payment workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement during implementation. Design and implement optimized end-to-end P2P processes within the GEP platform to meet business requirements. Drive adoption of best practices in procurement and supplier collaboration. Lead or assist in the setup and configuration of the GEP P2P solution, ensuring alignment with business needs. Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration, data migration, and testing. Validate system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality during implementation phases.

Functional Expertise :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GEP Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) system functionality, configuration, and process alignment.
- Provide deep knowledge of P2P modules such as requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier management, receiving (this is key for the oil and gas client) invoicing, and payments.
- Act as the subject matter expert on GEP platform features, updates, and integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, financial systems, etc.).
