We are currently seeking 4 experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team in February 2025.
Our brand is well-known in the industry, has an exceptional track record of success, and has the knowledge and experience to assist the successful candidate build an exceptionally profitable desk.
We are looking for someone capable of creating and maintaining long-term client relationships with clients across Canada and the US.
Our story
Our Partners have done this before. We have previously built a multi-million dollar recruitment firm but not on our terms. This time, we are doing it our way.
Launched in December 2020, we are only 4 years old, and have already beaten our 5-year profit target. Clients have followed us and the feedback on our branding and our product offerings has been fantastic. We are running at capacity already and business is better than we can ever have imagined. For that, we are extremely grateful.
We need to add to our team and this is a key strategic hire for us to accelerate our growth in this vertical.
You will need to be an experienced recruitment consultant with proven agency experience. You must be able to sell solutions and create long-term client relationships. You should be self-sufficient but appreciate a team environment. You should be ambitious beyond just running a successful desk.
We have opportunities across all thre of our teams; building materials, architecture and design, and construction. Knowledge of any of these is not essential but an interest is.
