Manufacturing Process Operator

Our Edmonton facility produces advanced microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) that power innovations in aerospace, medical devices, and industrial applications. What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to meet quality and safety standards.

  • Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production records.

  • Perform routine equipment setups, calibrations, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Inspect parts for accuracy and quality compliance.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to contamination protocols.

  • Support continuous improvement projects and share ideas for efficiency.

  • Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, or delivery to supervisors.

  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.

What You Need

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions – required.

  • Good manual dexterity and comfort working with small components – required.

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE – required.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry – required.

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience – advantage.

  • Knowledge of quality control processes – advantage.

  • High school diploma or equivalent – required.
