Formally established in 2010, Graham’s Manitoba operations have delivered a range of building and infrastructure projects ranging from apartments and commercial buildings, to schools and hospital, to plants and warehouses, and to bridge as well as highway refurbishments. Graham is now seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial District Manager to oversee the overall region, drive operational efficiency and contribute to the growth and success of the region. Overseeing a team of 35, the District Manager – Buildings Manitoba will oversee the management of multiple ongoing construction projects with annual revenues totaling up to $200 Million and will be responsible for significant forward-looking planning and strategy with regards to future work, market conditions and alignment with Graham’s corporate strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring a successful track record of operational and P&L leadership experience in the commercial or infrastructure construction and contracting sector. They excel in strategic decision-making, problem-solving and leading high-performing teams while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Well-established within the local construction community, they have a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders. Their expertise in contract negotiation, risk management and commercial strategy reinforces company values and strengthens market position.
