We currently have an opening for an ambitious Data Entry Clerk in our Saskatoon branch. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately match invoices with purchase orders and ensure the verification of the receipt of goods / services.
• Diligently reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain up-to-date accounts.
• Maintain meticulous and organized records of all account’s payable transactions.
• Facilitate smooth communication with vendors and collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to invoices and payments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the department’s operations.
