Skill Set Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in communication and mediation skills with business teams and core team members to ensure Client projects (products) are progressing according to schedule or product roadmap
Demonstrated experience in team building, consensus building, and relationship management skills
Experience with strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on forces in support of change during all stages of projects – Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live, or similar delivery methodologies
Experience with the identification of risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed.
Ability to articulate and prioritize issues and risks at program management and senior executive level and recommend mitigation strategies for decision-makers
Ability to create and maintain a product road map that describes how your product is likely to evolve.
Ability to deliver on a (project) product with a balanced team (product owner, user experience designers, developers) utilizing Agile (SCRUM) delivery methodologies. Scrum master experience is preferred.
Experience gathering and developing requirements to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan
Experience with project (product), program, and/or portfolio reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior executive levels;
Experience with participating in steering committees and stakeholder forums.
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform
Knowledge of online collaboration tools such as MIRO, Atlassian Confluence and Trello, Microsoft Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack and Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of Backlog Management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Pivotal Tracker
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements Project Management and technical documentation
10+ years of project management on enterprise projects including managing scope, risk, resources, schedules, and costs
10+ years of experience in the creation of project documentation
Experience with recommending revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction for published material, existing guides, documentation, and framework

Technical Knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with I&IT Project management frameworks
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following computing environments:
Oracle Database, Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux), and Windows (Server) Operating Platforms,
WebLogic and Microsoft IIS Web/Application Servers and Mainframe applications

Tools and process
Experience with the use of tools for the creation, distribution, and maintenance of project documentation
Experience with completing a cost-benefit analysis
