is seeking an ambitious and driven individual for an Entry-Level Regional Business Development / Estimator role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a reputable company while gaining hands-on experience in the commercial roofing industry.
About the Position : This role will support the Regional Sales Team by identifying new business opportunities, marketing CentiMark Ltd.'s services, and providing estimating support to drive growth in the Manitoba region .
The position includes a structured training program, starting with 3-6 months of fieldwork to learn the trade before transitioning into a Business Development and Estimating role.

- This role offers a salary of $45k - $52k, plus Commissions / Bonus, Company Vehicle and Benefits after 3 months!
Candidate Qualifications : Previous sales or marketing experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region (including overnight travel as needed) Ability to ascend ladders and work at elevated positions Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong relationship-building and communication skills Excellent follow-up and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment While previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred, CentiMark Ltd.
