You are the ideal person for this position if you recognize yourself in the following:

You have the necessary training to perform the role:

• You have a DES or equivalent experience, combined with training as a forklift operator and 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have experience in customer service and store management, a major asset for this position.
• Knowledge of the maple syrup industry is an important advantage for providing good customer advice.

You have the essential technical knowledge: You are proficient in ERP systems, ideally SYSPRO, and you are comfortable with the Office suite.

You demonstrate: You demonstrate creativity, innovation and a good ability to solve problems in your daily life.

You'll be vigilant since mistakes could lead to monetary losses or the loss of a customer, which will make your role all the more important.

You will develop your leadership skills by maintaining good relationships with representatives and customers, while supporting your team on a daily basis.

You will evolve with a level of supervision focused on advice and support, which will allow you to be autonomous while being accompanied as needed.

You will communicate with different internal departments as well as customers, which will strengthen your overall understanding of operations.
