This competition will be used to fill bilingual (English / French) positions at the Administrative Secretary (AY3) level of varying employment tenures, locations, language requirements and conditions of employment, depending on the needs of the positions being staffed. Duties : The Bilingual Administrative Secretary performs a wide range of duties to support the branch or division to ensure operational requirements and documentation flow needs are met. Primary duties include receiving, preparing, formatting, and distributing correspondence and documentation, compiling, and updating information, maintaining records and electronic filing systems, scheduling meetings, and providing first point of contact reception duties.
