Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and innovative team member to join our photochemistry team. The candidate will primarily be responsible for photolithography steps, specifically 1X and 5X alignment. Working closely with colleagues, the candidate will develop, characterize, and optimize manufacturing technologies for both 150mm and 200mm processes, including proximity and projection alignment (Canon MPA600, EVG620, Neutronix Quintel; ASML PAS5500 / 100 / 150 / 200B and 275D).
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation of photomasks
- Collaborate with coating engineering for the qualification of thin and thick photoresists
- Monitor and control the stability of photolithography equipment following CSP methods
