We are currently looking for a Director of Operations to join our team. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Oversee the multi-unit operational excellence of our franchise network by combining big-picture vision with a detail-oriented approach, leveraging data analysis to drive informed decision-making. Use data analytics to assess operational trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies for improvement.Align operational initiatives with company objectives to drive efficiency and long-term growth.Franchisee Training & Development : Oversee onboarding and training programs for new and existing franchisees, ensuring alignment with brand standards, culture, and operational policies.Utilize performance data to tailor training programs that address specific areas of improvement for franchisees.Team Management : Recruit, lead, coach, and empower a team of district managers, ensuring they adhere to departmental KPIs, and use analytics to monitor and improve location performance.Set clear performance metrics and leverage reporting tools to evaluate progress and accountability.Operational Oversight : Analyze operational KPIs to monitor quality assurance, food safety, and service standards across all locations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure data-driven decisions improve marketing, supply chain, and real estate strategies.Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with franchisees, promoting a culture of transparency and using data insights to guide discussions and decisions.Act as a liaison between franchisees and the head office to address concerns and implement actionable solutions based on data analysis.Performance Analysis & Improvement : Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to drive sales, track operational performance, franchisee compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics.Use data to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve / optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions.Qualifications : 5-10 years of proven experience as a Director of Operations or equivalent role in the QSR or restaurant industry.Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to make informed, strategic decisions.Demonstrated success in managing multi-unit operations, leading teams, and driving performance improvements.Proficiency in data visualization tools, KPI tracking, and operational reporting systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Knowledge of food safety standards, operational policies, and quality assurance.Fluently bilingual in written and verbal French and English.
