As a Sr Health, Safety, Environment and Facilities professional here at Honeywell, you will oversee health, safety, and environmental engineering efforts, ensuring compliance and best practices to maintain high standards and support sustainable business success.
You will report directly to our Director ISC Operations and you’ll work onsite at our Slemon Park, Prince Edward Island, Canada location.
In this role, you will impact our organization by overseeing the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards specific to aerospace. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization.
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment and Facilities strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility within aerospace operations.
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring efficient and effective Health, Safety and Environment and Facilities practices.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications specific to the aerospace industry and local requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Post-secondary degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment.

- Experience managing facility maintenance activities.
- Experience in the aerospace sector.
