Job description

The Customer Solutions Team (CST) is looking to expand our team and are looking for people with experience in risk and complex customer engagement to join on a permanent basis. Formal training will be provided.

Who are we and what we do :

The Customer Solutions Team (CST) is a dedicated team to support customers with simple and complex enquiries relating to identification, Temporary Online limit Increases, high risk interactions and everyday banking.

CST accept inbound calls from the Customer Engagement Centre as well as actioning Case Management tasks and outbound calls.

  • We are a team of 14 colleagues currently and we will be expanding to a team of 25.
  • One Team Leader
  • One TSO (process expert)
  • We also support the fluid space across Digital chats & the consolidated lines if capacity allows

CST are passionate about providing a positive and supportive customer and colleague experience, we strive for consistency and accuracy when providing customer guidance and colleague feedback.

Hours : Monday to Friday 6 : 30am-6 : 00pm and Saturdays 6 : 30am-3 : 30pm (Extended hours to be confirmed)

Here is a snapshot of what we do, every day is different!

  • Verify identification of our Failed ID customers
  • Identify and report on key risks within the business, keeping fraud and risk awareness at the forefront of your mind.
  • Accept inbound calls from the Customer Engagement Centre
  • Navigate CPS to complete case management tasks and outbound calls
  • Accurately record key conversation points with customers and communicate their concerns.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as Write Off requests and indexing.
  • Build colleague capability through positive and constructive feedback.
  • What we are looking for :

  • Demonstrated case management / ownership capability, including liaising with other teams to work towards a successful outcome for the customer.
  • Demonstrated Risk awareness.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks.
  • Strong computer skills and experienced in navigating multiple applications simultaneously. E.g. CustomerOne, HOST, CPS, FirstPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to use your own judgement to make decisions that are in the best interests of both our customers and our business.
  • Strong, well demonstrated customer service skills and competency in written and verbal communication.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a high performing and fast paced team.
