Job Description
Reporting into the Director, Brand and Omnichannel Marketing, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven (Senior) Brand Manager, Aesthetics to lead and execute marketing programs and strategies that foster a strong brand positioning and differentiation while enhancing our brand awareness and demand in the aesthetics market. This individual will be driven by data, insights and will work extremely collaboratively in a matrix environment, especially with the sales leadership to ensure optimal execution from a field force perspective. They will embrace technology, customer engagement, tracking against KPIs, and the ability to leverage multiple channels to create integrated campaigns that demonstrate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy : Develops and executes the brand strategy for assigned brand for Canada, ensuring consistent messaging across all various channels and touchpoints. Continuously monitors brand performance, adjusting strategies to maintain relevance and competitive edge.
- Brand Activation & Campaign Management : Leads integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, with a focus on HCP and consumer engagement.
- Product Launches : Plans and manages product launches, ensuring alignment with go-to-market strategies and market penetration.
- Innovation & Market Insights : Stays up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the brand strategy. Uses customer data, feedback, and insights to inform decision-making, driving innovation and evolving brand strategies in a competitive market.
- Collaboration : Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels. Partners with medical affairs to address HCP education and training needs.
- Budget Management : Manages the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Regularly reports on brand performance, campaign outcomes, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on, dynamic team player thriving in fast-paced environments with a strong external and customer focus.Driven by curiosity, competitiveness, and results, challenging the status quo and fostering innovation.Solution-oriented with a growth mindset.Experienced in designing multichannel / omnichannel brand strategies and product / campaign launches (in-person, digital, virtual).Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Strong business acumen, using analytics to track performance against KPIs and budget.Minimum of a BSc or BA (science or business preferred), with an MBA as an asset.At least 3 years of experience in device, aesthetics, skincare or pharmaceutical marketing; prior sales experience preferred.Ability to understand scientific and clinical knowledge related to products / portfolio.What we offer in return
