Job description

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping patients feel confident in their healthcare decisions?

Adecco is actively seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Patient Care Advisor to join our client's team in Kingston, ON. As a Patient Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective patients, providing information about services, scheduling consultations, and procedures, and ensuring total satisfaction throughout their journey. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at $21.73+ / hour based on experience.

  • Pay Rate : $21.73+ / hour based on experience
  • Location : Kingston, ON
  • Shift : Open availability, including weekends. Saturdays are mandatory.
  • Job type : Permanent | Full-time 30 hours per week

Responsibilities :

  • Contact prospective patients to book consultations and procedures, ensuring all questions about services, pricing, and scheduling are answered thoroughly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain patient satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Receive and manage referrals from optometrists, ensuring smooth transitions for patients.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient files and records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
  • Follow up with patients after their surgery or treatment to ensure they are satisfied and address any concerns.
  • Must have open availability, including mandatory Saturday shifts, and be able to travel to Toronto for training.

    • Requirements :

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Previous experience in medical administration or a similar field is a plus, but not required.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy when interacting with patients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using computerized systems (MS Office Suite and EMR systems).
  • Open availability, including weekends.
