The successful candidate will be expected to pursue innovative research at the highest international level; to establish a strong, externally funded independent research program; and to contribute to the enrichment of both undergraduate and graduate programs in the department.

Candidates must provide evidence of research excellence which can be by a record of contributions and publications in leading journals or conferences, or forthcoming publications meeting high international standards, the submitted research statement and representative publications, presentations at significant conferences, awards and accolades, and strong endorsements by referees of top international stature.
