Position : Operations Supervisor
Location : Remote (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)
Salary $65,000.00 to $70,000.00, benefits, 3 weeks’ vacation
Our client supports ground transportation services in Northern Ontario and is ideal for one who values being part of a well-established family business recognized in the community. A blend of experience in operations, sales and ground transportation is required.
Reporting to the Owner / President, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, manage a team of drivers, interact with clients, external stakeholders, drive sales and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities include :
- Oversee daily operations of non-emergency transportation service, drive charter sales, revenue growth aligned to company goals.
- Manage a team of Drivers, provide guidance and leadership including recruitment and performance reviews.
- Be responsible for recruitment, implementing policies and payroll management.
- Develop and build strong working relationships with community hospitals and health centers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations aligned to the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) Health & Safety and Ministry of Labour.
- Act as a champion of the business, maintain quality control, support growth and success of the business.
- Provide support as required.
