  • Oversee work related to deep utilities, excavation, concrete works, concrete plants, pacewalks, and infrastructure development
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, and resources across multiple operations
  • Contribute to decisions related to construction methodology, sequencing, and execution strategy
  • Proactively identify project risks, site challenges, and operational constraints, and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Support consistent project execution and operational best practices

The Successful Candidate Has :

  • Strong technical background in deep utilities, concrete construction, and earthworks
  • Experience with estimating, surveying, and site / land evaluation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, safety, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and team-collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with construction management software is an asset
  • P.Eng designation is considered an asset but not mandatory
  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime hours as required

    Compensation and Benefits :

  • Hourly rate of $40–$45 CAD, depending on experience
  • Total annual compensation including overtime and potential performance bonus : approximately $90,000–$120,000 CAD / year
  • Relocation package available for qualified candidates
  • Opportunity to work on diverse, technically challenging civil and infrastructure projects
