This position requires working in the field based out of the Amherst, NS location.

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Amherst, NS. The successful candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to this area.
Responsibilities :
- Provide superior customer service by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving service issues in the outside plant for both forward and return paths.
- Address faults from the mainline to the customer’s premises that impair service operation.
- Maintain the outside plant network efficiently and promptly to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in in-house technical and safety training, with additional training as experience increases.
