Our client in the Engineering Services is currently looking for an Overhead Crane Technician on a permanent basis to join their growing team.

What we offer :

Location : Bolton, Ontario
Reporting to : Location Manager
Work Hours : Hours : Monday - Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 PM (overtime pay for any workday over 8 hours of work)
Salary : $57, 314 to $103, 521– company truck – 3 weeks’ vacation – RRSP Program – Paid 407 ETR – Paid overtime over 40 hours
Permanent Full time, with benefits

What you'll do :

Communicate regularly with customers to gather information related to technical issues.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical / air components used on cranes.

Perform preventative scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and proper working order of cranes.

Review technical inquiries of customers to recommend possible solutions related to the operation or maintenance.

Answer service calls.

Perform cold calling to attract new customers.

Being proactive & proposing good technical solution to increase customer equipment durability,

Reliability, productivity & safety

Maintain Inventory

What we're looking for :

Electromechanical Engineering Technician program or equivalent degree.

Electrical License such as 442A, Journeyman Electrician or Red seal.

Excellent mechanical and electrical skills.

At least 3 years of related work experience.

Driver license G

Welding experience, an asset
