Job descriptionCertified in Electrical Estimating and Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 6 years' experience in electrical estimation or related positions in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards. Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with team members and clients. Well skilled in all Microsoft Office products and features. Have own vehicle and willing to travel to various job sites.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed electrical cost estimates for various projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to analyze project specifications and drawings.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and conditions.
- Research and evaluate pricing of materials, labor, and subcontracting services.
- Monitor and update estimation software to reflect current market trends and price fluctuations.
- Prepare and present bid proposals to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist in contract negotiations and adjustments based on project scope changes.
