Consultant Qualifications

The Business Consultant is required to have the following skills and experience :

• Degree or diploma in computer science or a related field, demonstrated ongoing learning activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated experience communicating effectively to a broad range of stakeholders;
• Ability to ensure client requirements and priorities are understood and met throughout the systems development life cycle (e.g. change management, problem resolution, user acceptance testing, implementation, and post implementation reviews); and
• Experience managing business impact of systems changes.

In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents must demonstrate that the proposed Consultant(s) have the following additional skills and experience :

Business Consultants at Experience Level 3 are Consultants that can demonstrate in their submitted examples that they have the ability to :

Identify, define, model and document business needs, including the ability to :

Interact professionally and productively with a wide variety of people in diverse roles (e.g. executives, contractors, technical experts, naïve users) to develop and implement :

Manage the quality of the delivered business solution to ensure it meets the quality expectations :
