Job description
Nous recherchons un administrateur de paie pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client. En tant qu'administrateur de paie, vous serez responsable de la gestion et du traitement de la paie pour les employés de la construction et pour les employés salariés et horaires.
Responsabilités
Compréhension de la paie à travers le Canada.
- Coordonner les paiements et autres aspects des dossiers de la CNESST
- Préparer les rapports de fin de mois, de fin de trimestre et de fin d'année et les soumettre aux syndicats.
- Préparer les relevés d'emploi et s'assurer de leur conformité et de l'intégrité des données.
- Contribuer au processus de fin d'année et préparer les T4 / T4A, le Relevé 1 et les sommaires.
- Compétence dans l'utilisation d'ADP - Payroll.
- Une connaissance pratique de Maestro est requise.
- Capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément tout en respectant les délais.
- Connaissance approfondie du droit fiscal et du droit du travail.
