Salary range $50,000-$55,000+ Commissions

The Opportunity:

My client is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Insurance Account Manager. If you're a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career in Insurance that comes with growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with centre of influences.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Engage with clients and the community through social media platforms and participate in community events to enhance the company's presence.

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Sales experience (outbound and inbounds sales).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Presentation skills preferred.
  • Time management skills.

To join our team:

  • OTL licence and willing to obtain LLQP
  • Post secondary education.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Customer service experience min 2 years
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
