Location : Various locations across Nova Scotia
The Education / Training Specialist designs and delivers educational programs and training sessions to support the organization’s goals. This role involves creating learning materials, evaluating program effectiveness, and fostering skill development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement educational programs and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations for staff, volunteers, or community members.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet specific goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in education and training.
- Collaborate with program staff to integrate training into organizational activities.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes.
