This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thinks sharply, learns fast, and is energized by solving meaningful problems in healthcare.
What You’ll Do
- Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools
- Create clear visualizations and concise insight summaries
- Validate data and maintain accurate reporting
- Analyze operational data from core systems
- Identify trends and bottlenecks to improve patient flow
- Support leadership with focused analysis and recommendations
- Collaborate with clinical programs, operations, IT, and marketing
