Position : Snow Dispatcher (Part-Time)
Hourly Rate : $20–$25 / hour
Location : Hybrid
Schedule : Seasonal, part-time
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Snow Dispatcher to join our winter operations team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and ensure that our snow removal teams are dispatched efficiently and effectively. You will also assist with entering and maintaining accurate reports and data related to winter events. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding snow removal services.
Receive, track, and respond to client requests promptly and professionally.
Communicate with supervisors and snow crews to coordinate timely and efficient dispatch.
Assist with documenting winter event activities, including entering reports, tracking hours, and maintaining records in company systems.
Monitor ongoing operations and ensure all client needs are being met during snow events.
Provide updates to management on operational status, challenges, and completed tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with reporting systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or operations coordination is a plus.
Seasonal availability and flexibility to respond to winter events as needed.
