To achieve these priorities, you will : Develop and mentor a new Operations Team through fresh recruitment plus integration of existing members of our production and ERP teamsBuild and execute an operations strategy for accelerated capacity growthDevelop a strategic plan for the implementation of automated assembly cellsManage Continuous ImprovementLead the trend of digitalization of manufacturingInteract with engineering improving DFM in product and process designEstablish a TQM programEngage in long term capacity and facilities Capex planningProvide leadership in master scheduling and inventory control initiativesAnalyze current – find betterFinancial costs analysis to set max runSetup costs set min runAssist in all areas relating to engineering, development, planning, manufacture and related infrastructure.If you have an exceptional track record and are looking for a greater challenge, reach out to us, in confidence.
