The Director of Ecommerce Marketing will be a strategic leader responsible for spearheading and overseeing the company's digital business. This role requires a visionary, out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to balance innovation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.

• Provide inspirational leadership and direction, ensuring the continued development and management of a high-performing team

• Serve as the key communicator of our digital vision, articulating strategies and progress to executives, board members, and stakeholders.
