Job Responsibilities
- Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de vente basées sur les connaissances du marché et les commentaires des clients.
- Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires et des prospects à long terme.
- Promouvoir et vendre l’ensemble du portefeuille de services et équipements en gestion intégrée des installations.
- Collaborer avec des équipes transversales (Opérations, Estimation, Propositions) pour offrir des solutions adaptées aux clients.
- Travailler avec l’équipe Relations avec les communautés des Peuples autochtones afin de soutenir des initiatives stratégiques et l’engagement communautaire.
- Suivre les activités concurrentielles et les tendances du marché pour orienter la stratégie.
- Gérer les prévisions, les indicateurs de performance et les rapports CRM.
- Gérer des comptes stratégiques et contribuer à la planification des ventes au niveau exécutif.
- Représenter Dexterra lors d’événements sectoriels et auprès des instances réglementaires.
