Job descriptionConnaissance approfondie du milieu de l’électronique et réseau de contacts établi. Expérience en vente de services techniques ou en ingénierie de solutions (idéalement en électronique, IoT ou R&D). Bonne compréhension des cycles de développement de produits électroniques (prototype, validation, production). Solides compétences en communication, négociation et vulgarisation de concepts techniques auprès d’interlocuteurs non techniques. Leadership, autonomie et sens stratégique. Esprit d’initiative, rigueur et orientation vers les résultats. Aisance à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en croissance.

Poste : Directeur(trice) du développement des affaires
📍 Localisation : Laval, Québec
Rôles et responsabilités
- Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance et de développement commercial.
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients tout en entretenant des relations durables avec les partenaires existants.
- Superviser l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la conclusion des contrats.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (marketing, opérations, technique) pour assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.
- Analyser le marché, suivre les tendances et recommander des actions stratégiques.
- Préparer et présenter des propositions commerciales adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
- Contribuer activement au positionnement de l’entreprise sur le marché et au développement de nouveaux segments d’affaires.
