As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a passionate and resilient Territory Account Manager in the to join our outside-sales team. Location : Western Region.
Job Overview : As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and nurturing relationships with key customer buyers within a designated geographic region. This is an outside sales position where you will take a proactive approach to developing new business, increasing sales with existing clients, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors, skilled in relationship building, and able to sell complex solutions in a consultative manner.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new customer accounts in the assigned territory.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and buyers.
Understand customer buying processes and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their needs.
Drive territory growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer buyers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and responsiveness.
Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and recommend solutions.
Develop and present sales proposals that address customer pain points and deliver value.
Account Management :
Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to close and post-sales follow-up.
Track and manage all account activity, sales progress, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., inside sales team, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of products / services.
Sales Goals & Reporting :
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and ensure consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales process.
Market Insight & Strategy :
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and improve sales strategies.
Compensation & Benefits :
Job Type : Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week.
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure.

Experience :
Minimum of 5+ years in outside sales or account management, with a focus on customer buyers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Experience in automotive industry preferred.
Skills & Abilities :
Strong ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. o Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Other :
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
