We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital advertising, lead generation, analytics, and continuous optimization.

About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that generate measurable results for clients. Working alongside our creative, media, development, and strategy teams, you will help build campaigns that drive leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment. If you enjoy analyzing data as much as developing strategy, this role is for you.

• Develop and manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns
• Plan and execute lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance and continually optimize for improved results
• Configure and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research
• Work with our creative team to develop effective advertising assets and landing page recommendations
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare client reports with actionable recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance
• Stay current with changes across digital advertising platforms and emerging marketing technologies
• Contribute ideas that help strengthen client marketing strategies

• Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising
• Experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4
• Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Google Ads or Meta certifications are considered an asset
