Leveraging your expertise in engineering technology, you will architect, integrate, and optimize solutions supporting engineering design, construction, handover, and operations. You will work closely with engineering, IT, project management, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) partners to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and measurable business value as part of our client’s Strategic Transformation Roadmap (STR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Engineering Architecture & Integration:
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture for digital engineering, integrating key technologies such as PLM, CAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), loT, digital twins, and advanced analytics.
- Lead the design, selection, and implementation of engineering systems and platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, Autodesk, Bentley, Aveva, Hexagon, ESRI, etc.) to enable seamless data management, collaboration, and lifecycle traceability.
- Architect solutions that connect engineering design, construction, commissioning, and operations data for end-to-end asset visibility and integrity.
- Define and govern engineering data models, standards, and integration patterns to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the adoption and integration of advanced technologies such as digital twins, 3D/4D visualization, loT-enabled monitoring, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
- Solution Delivery, Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Analyze and translate complex business and engineering requirements into digital solutions that enhance project delivery, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with EPC partners and internal teams to optimize engineering workflows, reduce rework, and accelerate project timelines.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for engineering and project teams.
- Ensure digital engineering solutions align with our client’s governance, cybersecurity, and data management standards. Project Management & Agile Delivery:
- Work closely with project managers, scrum masters, and engineering leads to ensure successful delivery of digital engineering workstreams.
- Support agile ceremonies, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and report on progress, risks, and issues related to digital engineering solution delivery. Continuous Learning, Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement:
- Stay current with trends in digital engineering, BIM, PLM, CAD, GIS, loT, digital twins, and related technologies.
- Represent our client at industry forums, conferences, and consortiums, sharing insights and best practices.
- Mentor and develop internal talent, fostering a high-performing, innovative, and future-ready digital engineering workforce.
Qualifications

- 1O+ years of experience in digital engineering, engineering systems architecture, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect capacity.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale digital engineering solutions in asset-intensive or project-driven industries (energy, utilities, infrastructure, construction, etc.).
- Deep understanding of engineering lifecycle management, BIM, PLM, CAD, GIS, loT, digital twins, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with leading engineering platforms (e.g., Teamcenter, SAP PLM, Aveva, Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, ESRI) and integration technologies.
- Experience with agile project management, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Recognized certifications in PLM, BIM, project program management (PMP, Agile), or architecture (TOGAF) are highly desirable.
Key Competencies:
