About the Role

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer with strong expertise in Flutter, NodeJS, and AWS to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate will bring a full-stack mindset, ensuring seamless user experiences, performant backends, and scalable cloud deployments. This role requires someone who thrives in enterprise environments, can collaborate across cross-functional teams, and understands how to build solutions that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

Build and maintain backend services and APIs using NodeJS.

Architect, deploy, and manage application services on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Integrate CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) to automate builds, tests, and deployments.

Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability for enterprise- level apps.

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product, and design teams for seamless delivery.

Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in enterprise-level mobile development.

Strong expertise in Flutter for building cross-platform apps (iOS & Android).

Hands-on experience with NodeJS for backend / API development.

Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, ECS / EKS, etc.).

Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines and automation for mobile + backend deployments.

Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth / JWT), and cloud security best practices.

Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments on large-scale projects.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to monitoring / logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog).

Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and app store deployment pipelines.

Experience with GraphQL APIs.
