A division of Harris, inHance, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. .NET Software Developer to join our vibrant and dynamic development team. As a Sr. .NET Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge suite of utility billing and CIS software solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of the .NET framework, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for technology. This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US in Central or Eastern Timezone. This role requires travel 1-2 times per year within the US or CA. A valid passport might be required for the travel.
What your impact will be :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements for our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and support, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using C#, SQL, Blazor.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data access and manipulation.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software products.
- Mentor and guide other developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
