The Maintenance Analytics Developer Co‑op Student will support the Maintenance and Reliability team by transforming operational and asset data into actionable insights. This role focuses on building high‑quality Power BI reports and dashboards that enhance understanding of asset performance and reliability—driving data‑led decisions within maintenance and reliability teams.

This position is located at Nutrien’s Calgary, Alberta corporate site and is not eligible for remote work.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track maintenance and reliability KPIs.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources using Power Query.
• Create calculated columns, DAX measures, and impactful visualizations that tell clear data stories.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance & Reliability teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
• Improve and organize electronic files to improve accuracy and accessibility.
