We’re revolutionizing adult sports and looking for a Director of Design to lead our art direction and drive innovation across web, mobile, apparel, and digital experiences. Reporting directly to the Chief Brand Officer (CBO), you’ll play a key role in shaping the creative identity of one of the fastest-growing basketball brands.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Burlington, Ontario, with opportunities for growth into new divisions after 1-2 years. If you’re passionate about sports and ready to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Leadership
- Oversee all aspects of Brodie’s art direction and branding, ensuring consistency and innovation across designs.
- Lead the creation of assets for jerseys, apparel, social graphics, merchandise, special events, web, email, and app design.
- Maintain and evolve our creative identity to align with our brand’s mission and vision.
