An excellent role on offer for a Senior Design Engineer looking to join a global manufacturing company where you will work on technically interesting and challenging projects, whilst progressing to a managerial role long-term.

Are you fluent in English and French? Have you got experience working on material equipment handling projects? Are you looking to progress to a senior role long-term?

This truly global manufacturer has been established for over 100 years and they supply their products to a range of industries, such as mining, manufacturing and transport. They have an excellent reputation for the quality of their products, and they work alongside several blue-chip clients globally. They are experiencing organic growth, and they have exciting plans in place for 2025. Due to this, they are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join their expert team.

In this exciting role you will work in a team of 6 to design and develop a range of technical drawings for the mining industry. You will also be required to travel to Montreal to visit their blue-chip clients to understand the needs for their customers. You will also model, draft, DfM and conduct FEA analysis on designs.

This role would ideally suit a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to join a global manufacturing company, where you will work on technically interesting and exciting projects, whilst progressing to a managerial role in the future.

The Person :

Previous mechanical design experience
